In no celebration shall the RSC be chargeable for any damages which includes, with out limitation, oblique or consequential damages, or any damages in any respect arising from use or lack of use, knowledge or revenue, no matter whether in motion of agreement, carelessness or other tortious action, arising away from or in connection with the usage o
